Peak climbing itself is an exhilarating activity but when performed in the mountains of Nepal, the journey brings you amazing views of the Himalayas of Nepal.

The trail towards Nirekha peaks entails passing through the beautiful Gokyo Valley and the amazing Namche Bazaar. In between, you will pass many ethnic villages as well where you can get insights into their lifestyle in the Himalayas of Nepal. The journey to Gokyo is rugged but thrilling at the same time. Nirekha peak climbing requires a significant level of climbing experience because some climbing technicalities are needed for this summit. The move to the highest point of the peak is a specialized activity that needs the utilization of ice screws, rope-fixing techniques, and crampons.

It has not been long since Nirekha Peak was opened for peak climbing. Since it is a new peak open for climbing not many peak climbers opts for this peak. From the top of the Nirekha peak, you will get to see notable mountains like Mount Everest, Nuptse, Cholaste, Pumori, Lhotse, Ama Dablam, Tawache, and many more. The expedition starts after you have crossed Cho La pass (5368m). It is truly an exhilarating journey where not only you will summit a peak but also experience the delight of the Everest region at the same time.
